How much does service cost?
Price depends on geography. Routine service of process ranges from $65 to $99. Remote locations are more expensive. Cities and urban areas are less. Capital Courier charges per address, entity, and the number of cases being served.
How do I create an account with you?
An account is created when you place your first order on our website. If you are looking to place 50+ orders per month, you may prefer a billable account.
I am serving two defendants at the same address. Do I get a discount on the 2nd one?
We charge per defendant, per address, and per case. So, each party will be priced the same.
How do I pay an invoice online?
You pay upfront with your credit card or ACH bank transfer when you finalize your order. An established account can choose to pay using a billable Net30 invoice.
What's included in your process service fees?
Our process includes due diligent preparation, affidavits and reporting, filing necessary documents with local courts, electronic copies of all documents, electronic billing, and a dedicated client services team to answer questions and provide file status.
